I live in Orlando, FL. I call Raleigh home - that is where the family is. I am a pastry chef. I am Italian and a little French. I love cooking and baking and feeding people. Food is a great tool to bring together family and friends. The kitchen is the center of the household. I also love to write and take photographs.
